Should you receive a different item from what you ordered, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To start the replacement process, please send an email to chiaramonimacerata@gmail.com with the subject "Replacement request" including your order number and a brief description of the problem.
We recommend carefully checking the product description and images on our website before requesting a replacement, to make sure it is indeed a shipping error.
In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, using appropriate packaging to protect it during transport.
If the replacement is not possible, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.
In accordance with applicable consumer rights legislation, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must send us an explicit communication via email at chiaramonimacerata@gmail.com specifying your order number and the codes of the items to be returned.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, with all original tags, and properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. Return shipping costs in this case are at the customer's expense.
Once we receive the goods and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. In case of bank transfer payment, you will need to provide IBAN details for the credit.
